What sizes do you carry?
We carry California King, King, Queen, Full, Full XL, Twin XL and Twin sizes including custom sizes made per the order.
What types of mattresses do you carry?
We have Pillow Top, Euro Top, Memory Foam, Firm, and Specialty Sleep models available.
What brands do you carry?
We offer eight leading national brands of mattresses and sleep products; e.g. Simmons, Sealy, Leggett and Platt, Nature’s Sleep. The truth is, mattress manufacturers get the components and materials (e.g., mattress, mattress coverings) from the same suppliers. Different mattress model names and different covers for each brand of mattresses are used to make it hard to compare one mattress to another. We believe that when you try our mattresses and judge which model you prefer based on your comfort and cost preferences that you will find we offer better prices.
Are these new mattresses?
Yes, every mattress is brand new, sealed-in-plastic at the factory, current year model with full warranty, shipped direct from the factories to our warehouse and showroom in Fort Mill, SC.
What are your hours?
You get to choose when you meet with us based on your daily schedule. We have a very easy to use online booking system. We are not a traditional mattress store with OPEN store hours. We set up times to meet so can receive personal attention and the best customer service.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We have a friend who does deliveries, normally $50 for up to 20 miles, $1 per mile for every additional mile. Also, he can dispose of your old mattress.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer $40 down, no credit check, easy application, quick approval Lease-to-Own option on any model in the warehouse.
We also offer an alternative financing option to give more flexibility.
How many locations do you have?
At this time we have one location. The Box Drop Carolinas warehouse showroom is located at 300 Springhill Farm Rd., Suite 106, Fort Mill, SC, near Carowinds.
Do your mattresses come with a warranty?
Yes, they come with the full manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist you if you should ever need to make a warranty claim. The length of warranties are linked to the value of the product, some are up to 20 years.
What is your return policy?
Our business model is ”All sales are final.” We are not allowed to resell mattresses.
